White Cauliflower

brassica oleracea – Annual – Height 50 cm x 30 cm

Ready to pick in 90 days 

Plant in well-drained, fertile soil high in organic matter in late summer or early spring. Needs plentiful, consistent moisture. Mulch to protect roots and reduce weed competition. Fold leaves over flower head to prevent sun damage. Too much sun, heat or nitrogen fertiliser can separate flower head into small, rice-like grains.
