    A very productive Chilli, which is made famous for making Tabasco Sauce. With a Scoville rating of 30,000-50,000. It ripens from yellow/orange to red.

    Plant in rich moist soil with lots of organic matter in hot sunny spot. Provide steady supply of water. Can be grown indoors in large pots for all year around use.

    Uses:
    		 Excellent in chilli and other dishes which require that special tang with a medium pungency.
