origanum marjorana – Perennial
Height 45 cm x 25 cm

Plant in full sun in soil that is rich in organic matter. Place plants in clumps of two or three plants set 30 cm apart. Keep the soil slightly moist until they are growing vigorously.

Pinch back stems to maintain a bushy growth habit and cut back after flowering to prevent them from getting straggly. Add a layer of compost around the plants after each harvest.

Uses:
 The leaves both dried and fresh are used for fish, cheese, tomato and many meat dishes.

We ship Monday - Wednesday to both North and South Island. We can
ship on a Thursday to local in Nelson. We have overnight and two day
