    Spinach Malabar

    Six seedlings in a Punnet

    A heat loving vine with crimson stems and heart shaped leaves with a mild flavour. Rich in vitamins (A, and C), minerals (Iron, Calcium and Potassium) and antioxidants. It makes a nutritious alternative to regular spinach.

    It prefers full sunlight well drained soil and consistent watering. Provide a trellis for support as the vine grows quickly. It is frost sensitive.
