Height 1.5 m x 50 cm

Plant in full sun in rich moist soil (companion plant basil). Plants can be buried up to their first pair of true leaves to encourage greater root growth. Regular watering is vital, but don’t let the plants sit in water.

If grown under cover, you can encourage pollination and fruit set by tapping the stem from time to time. Needs staking. Pinch laterals, mulch and protect from wind.
