Roma Tomato – low acid – Italian Heirloom

One seedlings in a 90 mm pot

Height 1 m x 50 cm

Plant in rich moist soil in full sun. Plants can be buried up to their first pair of true leaves to encourage greater root growth. Regular watering is vital, but don’t let the plants sit in water. Needs staking.

If grown under cover, you can encourage pollination and fruit set by tapping the stem from time to time.

Uses:
 Popular Italian heirloom bush tomato with low acid, bright red, meaty fruit. Lovely drying or salsa tomato. Excellent for sauces.

ship on a Thursday to local in Nelson. We have overnight and two day
